We will be happy to take care of your request.
To ensure that we can process your cancellation request smoothly and efficiently, we ask you to fill out the cancellation request form in full. As soon as you have entered all the information, your completed form will be sent to us by email for processing.
Once we receive your cancellation or withdrawal request, we usually process it within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Important: In order for us to process the cancellation, it is mandatory that the cancellation form is fully completed and submitted.
Please note: We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided, whichever comes first.
For custom-made products or opened hygiene items, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply, so a refund is not possible in these cases.
