Yes, Veneera™ offers two types of guarantee.

1. Accuracy of fit

Your custom products are made for you with the utmost care. The Teeth-Veneer and the Relax-Guard are not only modeled with a great deal of expertise, but also precisely matched to your teeth. 

If, contrary to expectations, the products, especially the Teeth-Veneer, do not fit reliably and exactly, contact our customer service. Within the two-week period, you will receive a replacement free of charge, which will be manufactured again for you, taking into account the defects.

2. Quality

In order to provide you with an optimal wearing experience, the Teeth-Veneer is manufactured very filigree and as thin as possible under the highest quality standards. This requires particularly careful handling.

If you accidentally break the Teeth-Veneer, you will receive a replacement Teeth-Veneer free of charge within the first two weeks. Provided that it has not broken during cleaning or by dropping. It is not usually necessary to take a new impression.

The Relax-Guard is very robust and made of an extremely durable material, so there is no need for a quality guarantee for this product.
