1. production time:
As our veneers are customized and handmade, the regular production time is 14 working days from the time we receive the approval of your dental impressions. If you have chosen express production, your veneer will be produced within 6 working days.

2. shipping time:
As soon as your veneer is produced and finished, it will be handed over to our shipping team. The delivery time is:

• Germany & EU: 2-3 working days
• USA & other international countries: 5-7 working days

3. tracking information:
As soon as your veneer has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.

4. delays:
If there are any delays, we will work hard to send your veneer as quickly as possible. In such cases, we ask for your patience and thank you for your understanding.
