Here you will find information about the shipping process of your veneer:

1. production time:
As our veneers are customized and handmade, the regular production time is 10 working days from the time we receive the approval of your dental impressions. If you have chosen express production, your veneer will be produced within 4 working days.

2. shipping time:
As soon as your veneer is produced and finished, it will be handed over to our shipping team. The delivery time is:

• EU: 2-3 working days
• USA & other international countries: 5-7 working days

Please note for UK orders:
The production for the UK takes place in Germany. This means there is an additional shipping route from the UK to Germany for production and then back to the UK for delivery, which may result in slightly longer overall delivery times.

3. tracking information:
As soon as your veneer has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
